2020 UMDCC+ MDL Annual Meeting

The joint Upper Midwest Digital Collections Conference (#UMDCC20) and the Minnesota Digital Library Annual Meeting (#mndiglib2020) was held virtually November 5-6, 2020. Our two conferences share the same goals of providing an opportunity to connect with colleagues, share projects, and learn from each other, with the added benefit of cross-pollination between two different groups with many affinities.

I am the digital archivist for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and have been here since January, 2019. We carry collections from an array of formats, including documents, images, and AV recordings. Our collections cover the operations of the university as well as the history of the Greater Milwaukee area. Previously, I worked in film and video archiving in Los Angeles for about 8 years.
