Hi! I'm Donica Martin, Director of Archives at The Urbana Free Library in Urbana, Illinois. I have an MA in English Literature from Eastern Illinois University and an MLS from the University of Kentucky with a focus in Archives Administration. My areas of interest include strategic planning in archives, representation of women and minorities in local history collections, large scale digitization for small institutions, and the changing roles of cultural heritage institutions in their communities.
